The Challenge: Breaking through presentation fatigue

Before adopting Flipsnack, Radioshuttle faced several key challenges in their sales and training processes:

After researching various options online, and verifying recommendations in the r/graphic_design group on Reddit, Gabrielle, their Digital Marketing Manager, selected Flipsnack for its intuitive interface and robust capabilities.

At the end of the day, it's just a link. You can email it. Our sales reps can easily share it directly with customers, but we also have it on our social media, and at the very top, we have a link to our digital brochure. It's been fantastic.

Next steps: Elevating digital experiences

Radioshuttle® plans to broaden its use of Flipsnack in several ways:

  • 3D model integration: "The greatest way we hope to grow with Flipsnack is to implement animations through iframes so that people can actually walk through a Radioshuttle system so they can imagine what it looks like in their warehouse. We also want to implement 3D models so that people can toggle our shuttle from all angles."
  • Training materials expansion: Creating dedicated brochures for safety training and product operation
  • Customer self-service: Developing a bookshelf of resources for customers to quickly find answers without contacting support
  • Performance tracking: Implementing individual tracking links to measure effectiveness across different sales regions
